I have been using Bob's for 2 yrs and never any trouble except 2008 when we had no pickup for 3 weeks due to Christmas and New Years, but still paid same amount. I got a letter today saying my check was returned for insufficient funds, which I knew was not possible. The statement Bob's sent even said their bank could not locate my account. I have done business with several large and small trash services over the past twelve years. Bob's Rural Garbage Service is by far the best. No messy contracts, affordable, friendly, yet professional. I will never do business with any one else again.
