I called Bob's because all the plumbing in my house was backed up and I had a number of people coming to visit for a few days. They showed up a few hours after I called, were nice, professional, thorough and obviously knew what they were doing. They fixed my problem in no time and at a very reasonable price, and even removed their shoes before entering the house! It's so hard to find honest and responsible service providers in Los Angeles, but now I've found the one place I will call from now on with all my plumbing needs. I couldn't recommend Bob's any more!

I called to get an automatic gas line shutoff valve installed on my house (they kind that trips during an earthquake). The plumbers who were sent to my house were great. Not only did they install the valve, but they cleaned up a crazy maze of pipes and fittings around the gas meter. When they were done, they repainted the pipes and the meter.
