DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I paid 3 days in advance just to make sure i got the machine i wanted. they tell me they'll drop it off the night before so i can start first thing in the morning. night comes and goes no call back to my repeated calls. call again in the morning and the mail box is full. they have a txt line so i use it. it takes over an hour to get a response! all they tell me is don't worry it will be there! 8am is NOT first thing in the morning! i will update IF they show up!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I could give a negative star. We reserved their movers 2 weeks in advance and even confirmed the day prior. Moving day arrives and NO ONE SHOWS UP!! So we call and asked if they were on their way and the office guy says "" I don't know, I have to call dispatch"". We called back 45 mintues later and he says "" I need more time to figure out what is going on"". We waited 2 hours for them to finally call back and at that point we didn't have enough time left with our rental truck. Bottom line, if you want help moving don't trust these guys!!!
