I have a unit with Bob Ragsdale's Mini Storage and I am pleased with it. The complex is clean and well maintained with lots of cameras around for security. The area itself is easily accessible with a car which is handy for me, my stuff will be with Bob Ragsdale's for years to come!

I have a unit with Bob Ragsdale's Mini Storage and I am very happy with the rental price for it. The price is low which I like and the facility looks to be clean and well-kept. However the schedule for making payments is very bad. You never know what times an employee will be in the office and often I have arrived during the office hours to find it empty. Bob Ragsdale's Mini Storage is easy to talk to. Any problems I have, they handle them quickly. They are quick to setup appointments. I have been using them for years. No hassles.

Bob Ragsdale's Mini Storage is excellent. I have 2 storage units over there, one indoor and one outdoor, and I've never had any issues with them. Friendly, expanding, and accommodating

I have been a customer of Bob Ragsdale's Mini Storage for about a year, and overall my experience with them has been great. They're a local storage, so I think I first saw them when I was driving around the area.

Their customer service is friendly. They have been able to accommodate me at two of their services. I had an incident recently, but they have taken care of it for me.
