Ned has bene the cornerstone of us getting settled in the PNW.

Ned and Bob were polite, enthusiastic, and professional. There was a showing and an offer within 24 hours, and a quick effective showing to a second prospective buyer within that time. The deal ran quickly and flawlessly through closing.
