I took my boat for service and the shop lost a seat cushion. The manager held me partly responsible for the loss, saying there were too many ""variables."" They would only pay part of the replacement cost. So much for building customer satisfaction. That's what they preach on the website, but not true. How can I be responsible for missing boat parts when it's in their shop. I've been their customer for 16 years and bought 2 boats from them. Don't go to this store. When a custome bring a boat for service. You quote a time for the service. i.e. 2hrs@$95 an hr. When the customer picks the boat up dont charge them 3 or more hours.
Most like wont bring my boat there again.
