I wanted to support a local business. I shopped in the Boat Trailer Service store and had a great experience. The young lady working stopped what she was doing, pulled my order and was very friendly; she even recommended another store where I could get some things they were out of.

When I got home it turned out that there were some large pricing discrepancies. My order was essentially twice...

This company has to be the best family owned business I have ever dealt with. I ordered part over the phone and had them within 2 days. They were very friendly and gave me advise. I called them, not knowing what I needed and they helped me every bit of the way and now my boat trailer is back on the road. Highly Recommend.

Never buy from these guys! I bought a a trailer from them the breaks were over heating. They told me it happened because I had the trailer set to low and he weighed my boat and guaranteed one of my ballasts tanks were half full and that he…
