Not as good as it used to be
Yrs ago, Bo Ling's was best Chinese food around, and we frequented the one in OP, BUT last several times has not been as excellent as I remembered.

This is very good food. It is far above your average chinese buffet. Reasonably priced. Definately recomment the General Tso's Chicken.

Moo shu pork with plum sauce, crispy Szechuan green beans, sweet and spicy General Tso's chicken, and plump fresh scallops with veggies and light oyster sauce are among the most frequently ordered dishes. But don't overlook the Cantonese lettuce wraps, spicy Mongolian beef in hoisin sauce, and Singapore-style noodles with curry. Each is superb. The Plaza and Metcalf locations offer extraordinary dim sum each Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime.
