No customer service. My buddy bought a brand new Indian and it blew up at 1800 miles. They have done nothing to make it right. 2 months and not even a loaner bike for a weekend.

took my bike here to replace speedo cable since the speedometer wasn't telling me the speed. They replaced and told me that the speedometer still not working and that I might need to replace the whole thing. I took my bike the way it was ( cause I smelled bullshit) and took it to a different place for a second opinion. Found out the speedo cable wasn't connected to the tire. Haven't been there...

I am on the tenth month of a lower 48 bike trip on my 97 BMWR1100RT, starting in Eagle River Alaska. The Service Dept at Lynnewood got me in for a same- day service, something that I have never been able to do at any other BMW dealer. They took the time to do a safety check and saw that I needed brake pads front and rear, which they also got done. I knew I needed a front tire and they got that...
