I had called to speak with someone to open a non-profit account. After being told I would receive a phone call in a half-hour, I received no call. I went in to the bank and there were two tellers and one person working the office. No one at the front desk! After speaking to a teller and asking him to let her know we were there, he said take a seat and she'll be with you when she is done. We listened to this ""business talk"" which sounded more like a social event for a while before deciding that if we were being treated this way for trying to start an account, how are they with their...
