looks are deceiving. nice enough in the day. but when the sun goes down the crime starts. cops every night no joke, cops everyday no joke. repairs to you place are slow or never come. pool is polluted or out of service all the time.
loud at night lots of cars blasting loud music. sexual assault crimes in the laundry room. even put notices on the doors warning tenets about safety. the this week offering a class on neighborhood watch group training.
if they just have higher standards and get some security they might lower the crime. but no the just want to save money by putting band-aids on...
