One of the best hot bar, home cooking locations around. A lot of food for the money. The mashed potatoes are amazing. Also try the mac and cheese. I try to eat here whevever I'm nearby.

Berts has always provided good food at a good price- basic, Southern fare served hot and fresh. It's a great spot for lunch on the go and always has something delicious for the kids.

Reopened under new management. Very clean and updated dining area and kitchen. Nice lunch environment for "meat and three". Good place to go for a quick lunch in a family atmosphere. Recipes are basically the same as the former management (pretty good) but could benefit from updating. Try the chicken fried chicken. Yum!
