Good location, just average for all else

Stayed here for 4 nights over Spring break 2016, with our family of 4.
Unit had a bedroom, "living room", bathroom and "kitchenette".
Only window in the unit looked onto a very much taller building, so almost zero natural light. Gave the unit a gloomy feel.
Shower flooded the bathroom floor every time.
My 10 yo daughter ended up sleeping...
