A Great NO CALL NO SHOW company. We have a home warranty through Nicor Gas and they contracted Blue Whale to fix our bathtub draining slow.Blue Whale never called us and never showed up to repair it. All we keep getting told is they are busy I the field and will call us back in 10 minutes. Call back 30 minutes later get same answer.
