Gregg to rocks! I've been working with him for the past give years on custom embroidery projects and marketing goodies. We just finished a project for a corporate picnic. Everybody loved the logo'd beer cozies and sunglasses.

My girlfriend brought her lab coat here to get it embroidered.

She was met with multiple instances of inexplicably rude customer service from employees and even the owner.

When she finally got her lab coat back, the work quality was unacceptably poor. Her name was embroidered so far to the side of her coat that when she wears it, the name is illegible and appears to be coming out of her...
