They sent me a catalog with 3 Lucky Play. It said, I could win up to $50,000 and those who picked as the 50 fastest to respond get a Digital Camera for Free. I don't care about winning anything, but I am care about what I ordered. Since July 29, 2006 I ordered superhear, X-tra sight glasses, Money Ring, World's Slimmest Wallet, and TV Antena Booster, I haven't received anything.

Blue Mountain Catalog customers are mostly 50 years old or older. My father sent an order to them on 9/19/06. They cashed his check 9/27/06. As of today he still has not received the merchandise paid for OR a refund. They sent him only 1 item that was worth $5. The order was for over $100. It's impossible to get thru on the phone to them. There is no customer service to help apparently. And...

I ordered a flash light and some blood pressure pills that never arrived. I lost $41.24. I can not reach the company to find out what happened to my order or get my money back.

I recieved the Blue Mountain Catalog in the mail, I ordered a television antenna. I sent them a check for the item on 9/08/06, the Blue Mountain Catalog cashed my check on 9/15/06. I never got the merchandise. Here it is 11/08/06 and still nothing, and I can not get in touch with the company. Just an answering machine.

I received a catalog from Blue Mountain Catalog advertising products and a scratcher contest. No purchase required. If you get 6 shamrocks you win $50,000.00. I DID.
I sent my scratcher card in immediately and followed all requirements. Many subsequent calls to their 800 number equaled nothing. It is simply a voicemail and you receive no return call.
