Now i can understand that employees are stressed out at a flower shop a few days before Valentines day; however that stress should not be brought to the customer service counter. I purchased a large assortment of flowers and they were beautiful. But the clerk was rude, I felt rushed, and as though the clerk did not care. I've always had professional, friendly service at Blue Moon, and each salesperson has given me excellent suggestions when I'm not sure what flower would be appropriate. There was only one instance where my husband sent me roses and they did not last; Blue Moon replaced them with no question. Price, selection and quality are fantastic!
