Well, this morning I went to the NLR police Dept on Pershing. I also needed to go to the Post Office. So, I thought I would do two stops in one. The PO is next door to the NLR Police Dept. If no stars were an option that would be better. I went inside the post office, was next in line when someone came inside asking if anyone drove a vw. When I looked out the window one of your employees was trying to tow my vehicle. The post office manager had to tell your employee to let my car off because I was inside conducting business. I had a non-emergency tow and I scheduled a pick up via email with Joseph Hicks. The driver showed up at the pick up point within a few minutes of the scheduled time. When he got to the destination he put it right where I wanted it. I couldn't have asked for better service.
