Worst customer service when it comes to repairs and completely ruined my engagement/wedding experience. They have had my ring for 15 days and can't get it back to me by next week for my Bridal Shower! Repaired or not!

For reasons I can't begin to put into words. My engagement ring has been replaced 3 times due to diamonds continuing to fall out. I got engaged in October 2013, married in July 2014, and in all this time I haven't been able to wear my ring for more than 2-3 weeks at a time before sending it to be replaced or repaired. My frustration is unimaginable. If it were anything else, I'd get my money...

I use Anchor for getting to work every day. Twice I have had drivers that try to pad the fare by driving me the long way around. Drivers great. I rode with jack Akers . Very polite and knew how to find where we needed to travel to. ........ However the radio dispatch was demanding drivers to talk on it while still in transit. Very rude to drivers . Obnoxious and ignorant the guy we listend to and the drive kept turning the radio down and apologized several times for the guy on the radio .
