My son missed 2 cleanings mainly due to the fact that they are completely unwilling to schedule anything after I get off work. I am raising 3 children and a gran baby on my own and even missing a couple of hours of work can mean lights or no lights for that month. If your children have Tenn Care don't bother with this office. They made my children wait to get fillings and would only do one filling at a time. It was going to take over a year for my daughter to get two fillings so she could get her ortho consult done, however, my husband had private insurance and they were able to see him the next day.
