On weekend nights, good luck getting in and out with your movie. But normally, the employees are very helpful, and do not try to do more than they can. THeir return policy is very nice and they always have good deals on pre-viewed DVD's

Their employees are great and would not hesitate to help you find a movie. The bad thing is that if you go in on a friday or saturday night, a lot of the new movies would be out.
