Bliss Bistro often looks quiet and empty inside, although the atmosphere appears warm and inviting. The food and wine were quite good, and I especially enjoyed the duck confit. Dining in the garden after dark was pretty nice, but there were mosquitoes, so be prepared. Overall a nice dining experience, and for I hope they can attract more customers in this cute neighborhood location.

My boyfriend and I dined there tonight and fell in love with the restaurant. The menu seems to be American cuisine with French-inspired flair.
