They have the worst customer service ordered a coat online came with security tag still on it, since it was shipped to Peoria took over month till I was close enough to take to have it removed I asked for some sort of compensation, they said well it didn't come from our store. I said I though farm & fleet was a cooperation! She look at me like I was the dumb one !

Less than helpful staff, no delivery, difficult to deal with repair scheduling. I end up driving to another town or shopping at a different store for major purchases.

Poor customer service.. Horrible experience never going back again for nothing.. Need a battery change and after I paid for it told me I had to wait 2 days before the could put it in.. Never ever doing any business again here..
