Obviously all the reviews above were written by BPM themselves. But anyways if you rent from them. Upon move it take LOTS of pictures! Write EVERYTHING down on your move in list. Anything that's dirty, dingy, lose, dusty like baseboards, fans, light fixtures. Note any weeds you see in the yard anything in the yard that needs cleaning. DON'T be lean! Upon move out they are expecting a brand new...

I love the new payment system Paydici. The fact that I can pay my rent online is a God sent! The BPM staff is always professional, very friendly, and helpful. Any maintenance service request has been promptly and professionally handled. The maintenance staff has been very helpful. I would rent again from BPM and I definitely would recommend them to friends or family.
