Citysearch Editorial Review

It doesn’t take long to figure out why this Greenpoint bar is called Blackout. The black leather banquettes, black pressed-tin ceiling, black bar and scuffed black hardwood floor all create an aura of hipster cool, complemented with a soundtrack of au courant indie hits. The crowd looks like they’ve all been shopping at the owners’ other business, avant garde boutique Oak. The booze ranges from cheap cans of Schlitz to red and white wines by the glass. DJs occasionally hit the decks for dance parties of all types--gay, indie, R&B and pretty much anything else you could imagine.

We placed a big and complicated order, they got everything right and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Good selection of bagels and everything was tasty. Will order again.

food is good, but they are consistently awful with their delivery service.

Disappointed.

Received a bagel platter without cream cheese, an iced coffee without a straw, and no paper napkins for the meal. I've been here countless times, decided to order some seamless, never again.

This is the best bagel delivery within this delivery range.
Always reliable that it's going to be fresh and delicious.

The pickles leave a little to be desired however.

Ordered three times. First was great, second/third not so much- food doesn't match descriptions and continually missing ingredients. Won't be ordering again.
