i had a good experience here. The unit i was shown was beautiful. The other residents were friendly asi walked around the property. The staff was nice. The woman who helped me was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend black bob court!

They offer a garage but you have to buy the garage door opener. Very little light downstairs due to the only windows being in the rear. Room for one car in the driveway, lots of cars, very little parking. Lots of kids with nowhere to play outside, no parks nearby. Appliances and cabinets are from the late 80s and need updating. Not worth 1k per month...Only good was staff was pleasant, feel...

I am a current resident and have noticed after the last several months that service response and congeniality have not been the same. Obviously there has been staff changes that have impacted my overall satisfaction. Response time is adequate but the efficiency and nomenclature of maintenance personnel has been lacking. I really miss the caring and efficient manner that the old office staff...

I have lived at Blackbob for 3 years now. The space is great, maintenance is timely and Donna is wonderful! I am moving because I need to be closer to my employer but am sad to leave when I have no complaints whatsoever. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it!

Renting a house there is worth every coin you spent. The Staff is great, the house is beautiful and spacious, and the community is wonderful. I LOVED IT!
