Down home country cooking!! The squash casserole is superb and the rolls and cornbread can be a meal by themselves. Great selection on the menu. Family friendly as well as large parties.
Hope everyone reading this will go to this location....The good ol' home cooking they do is really great....I have been to many of them in Dallas. The one at Jupiter and Beltline has been there for many years and I hope it stays for many years. I have lived in this area for over 14 years. Blackeyed Pea can't be beat for just good down home cookin'. Service at this location is really good. There was so much food on the plates that if you went home hungry it was your own fault.
I can recommend this place for supper or lunch...the only problem you will have is what are you going to pick to eat.
