In Short
A post-collegiate crowd haunts this dim, classy-casual Lincoln Park bar and dining hangout. Hardwood accents, a copper-topped bar and candlelit tables are a departure from the...
Love the Duck! Always enjoy the food, service is great. Dan the owner is around most of the time and he is wonderful. Treats everyone like this is their place. He is on top of service and food quality. Summer is nice sitting outside.
This is a long-standing "bar with surprisingly good food" in Chicago. Good to stop by if you're in the area (not far from North/Clybourn red line). One of the original gastropubs in Chicago (minus the quesadillas, which are damn good)
The Black Duck has a cozy, pub-y kind of feel to it; dark wood paneling, local photos on the walls, long bar, lots of TVs, and not too loud. My sister had a side dish of pasta...
Needed a venue for dinner party tor 27 work associates from USA and Hong Kong. Price was reasonable and food was a notch above! We had the private room downstairs. A great time for us and our guests.

What to Drink: Libations include seven beers on tap (Guinness, Harp, Bass), a short wine list and a martini menu featuring the Black Duck martini (Stoli Razberi vodka and Chambord with a twist), a Maker's Manhattan and a chocolate martini.
