We were here tonight on a Friday and we were seated immediately and place our orders right away since we only had an hour to spare and had to be somewhere after that. The entrees come with salad and soup and our salads came out fairly quickly. But after that it was a while for the soup to come out...

To sum in up: Great little place! Clean, great food, great service, situated in a quaint historic village. In my opinion they out cook the larger establishments. The Honey Walnut Shrimp for dinner is fantastic! I go every time I am in town.

Food was freshly made and huge portion. In my personal opinion it's overpriced but the portions kinda even out because it's a lot. You'll definitely be taking some home. Both entrees were $16.00...

Have eaten here many times. Food has always been excellent. My personal favorite is the Honey Walnut Shrimp. A bowl of soup & a small salad are included in the dinner. BYOB is nice also. This trip my friend and I ordered 3 entrees which we split, and then took the leftovers home for another meal. All entrees were wonderful.

This “small but comfortable” Asian BYO tucked into Skippack’s commercial strip delivers “moderate” portions of “tasty” Thai and Chinese fare in “peaceful” surroundings; clearly, the “attentive” staff provides service with a “personal” touch, and the patio is a “beautiful setting” in season.

Black Dog Cafe is a contemporary Asian-fusion restaurant. The cuisine blends tastes from China, Thailand, Japan and Vietnam.  Meals can be enjoyed in one of two dining rooms or outside on the patio. Lunch specials are offered, as are vegetarian options. Alcohol is not sold on the premises but diners may bring their own.
