Do not trust Black Diamond Plumbing! We were completely ripped off by this company! They told us that they were the cheapest plumbing company around, & said ""trust us"". Well please don't be fooled like we were & make sure you shop around 1st.

They took it upon themselves to order the most expensive parts to do the job w/ out even notifying us before hand, btw we didn't have expensive parts to begin w/ but for some reason they thought they were doing us a favor???? Why didn't they ask 1st?????? We would have never have approved such parts to begin with but we were never given any...

John and Mike were honest, responsive and fair. This was the first company in a long time that treated me with respect as a customer and performed excellent work. I would HIGHLY recommend Black Diamond for any plumbing need.
