Something about BJ's brings joy to my world and I don't know what it could be...Could it be the gas station that offers the cheapest gas for miles around? DUH! Of course.Could it be that I can buy ridiculous everyday items (i.e. toothpaste, toilet paper, cheese, etc.) in bulk? Yep, yep thats a good reason too.OK, I am now clear on all the reasons why BJ's lights up my life.

Terrible products, worse customer service

I bought a brand new Vizio 47"" LED TV online from BJ's, when it arrived it wouldn't even turn on, it was defective. I contacted Vizio and their only solution was to have a tech come by and repair it in 5 - 6 business days. I paid for a brand new TV direct from the factory and before I even get to turn it on it already has to be refurbished!! They offered no discount or even expedited service, citing their company policies and telling me they are complying with industry standards. I tried to return it in-store because I had an e-mail from BJ's saying I could, they would not accept it,...

Good store, Frank makes does a great job. He makes the place better while providing a great atmosphere .Over all I would give this bjs a 8.9 out of 10 and Frank a 9 out of 10.
