Too bad I didn't check reviews first... could've saved myself lots of embarrassment and money. The experience with this shop was awful all the way around. Disappointing delivery, terrible customer service, awful experience with manager Deb... hard to believe they can stay in business. No reason for people to accept this type of product and service. Lots of other quality shops out there.

The ultimate flower store!I love Bits n Pieces. You can walk-in and get a beautiful arrangement any time of year. It is my go to flower store. I have used them for over 13 years.They will also special order arrangements. They found a indoor rose bush for me that has lasted many years.The people are very nice, excellent delivery, and beautiful arrangements.I am shocked someone had a bad experience.
