Bistro Napa review: Fine dining in every sense

The chairs at Bistro Napa in the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa are the sort that have passed from fashion in many restaurants: upholstered, high-backed (they feel a bit like thrones), and generously proportioned to accommodate ample American posteriors.
