I will definitely be returning! The people are so friendly, it's like you've known them your entire life. Amazing service. Great food and great drinks. They really take care of their customers. I walked in and I was quite surprised. The utilized the space they have very well. The decor was perfect. They had a great selection of wine, compared to most places locally. The food menu was a little small but fine for a place opened three nights a week. I wish the we're open for lunch. Staff was very friendly

Bistro 223 is a casual establishment with rustic hard wood floors, exposed brick walls and authentic cuisine. They serve homemade soups, wraps, stews and salads and the wine list features wines from Finger Lakes. Closed on Sundays.

A small, family-run restaurant in downtown Elmira, NY overlooking the Chemung River. Our food has flavor from around the world.
