Not a good place for the "Do-it-yourselfer"

Great products, just don't expect anyone friendly or helpful to take care of you. Puchased a shower enclosure and they have been disticntly unhelpful in assisiting me with things I needed after the fact to complete the project. They tell me I should have paid for installation and then I would not need extra parts.
