The facilities are comfortable, like a salon. They will even offer you a beverage.

I believe Michelle means well. However, mistakes such as mixing up prescriptions and calling the wrong pharmacy (multiple times) should have warned me.

I've been to Michelle a couple times for basic pap smears, which were fine. Last time though, I had a 'problem' that was annoying more than anything. She prescribed a few things which didn't help and then actually made it worse, then didn't seem too concerned when I came back. I think she would have just continued to give me antibiotics forever without getting to the root of the problem. I just...

I was referred to Michelle by a family friend who had great success conceiving with her help. I have never had a worse experience at any doctor office than I did here. I have been back several times to try and "give" her another chance. The first time I went I had to wait 45 minutes to even see her on my hour lunch. The next time I went in I had to wait about 45 minutes again for her to go over...

There are many other wonderful medical practices in Bellingham. It could be just me, but I've had the worst experiences with this place... from scheduling, to the appointments, to their billing/coding... communication is weak and it's like the staff is completely clueless. This is a very unprofessional, to the point of unacceptable, practice.
