We stayed at the Biltmore because I've never heard of it and the sign said "newly remodeled". The room didn't look newly remodeled. In fact, it look quite old, dirty, and out-dated. There were hairs in the shower (ICK!), the toilet overflowed with normal use, there was a month-old receipt in plain sight in one of the drawers (they don't look in the drawers?), there were stains in the drawers,... more

As you read about this hotel and say " Too good to be true" remember what your mother taught you! Yes, there is a hot tub ( full of foam and seats 4) The sauna had no light and barely generated a temp. above that in your shower. Rooms on the net claim: pillow top, Fridge and micro waves.
