When my radiator failed, I began looking for a service shop in the Plano area. I made a decision based mainly on the reviews from this site and a couple others. My Review - Sometimes you really can find a good place, with good people, charging a reasonable amount to repair your vehicle. The service was completed, as scheduled, at a price much lower than the dealerships were wanting to charge.... more

I received a honest and reasonable quote and the job was done quick and on time as stated. I've never walked into a shop and felt as comfortable as I did when I walked into Bill's. Great customer service!! A++++++
