Pros: The gentleman who came out was nice and polite. I was charged 70 dollars for the technician to come look at my appliance. But when he said the keypad on the over the stove microwave just needed to be cleaned and it would be 50 dollars I was thrilled. It took the man 30 minutes in total.
Cons: A week later it was beeping and starting on its own again like an appliance possessed. ...
