I should have read review before I visited this BBQ joint. I ordered a sliced beef sandwich. I received chunks of bbq full of fat on a sesame seed hoagie type bun with little bbq sauce on it. The beef resembled corned beef with fat. The bread was partially dried out, which is common with old bread. I then ordered a side of green beans which was good and the best part of the meal. Why Bill Miller's has survived these many years in beyond logic. The only good thing about this place are the sides (hash browns, pinto beans, green beans, etc..). The meats and the BBQ sauce are HORRID. There is a lean type of meat you can order but even that has way too much fat in it. Skip this place and go to a place like Rudy's or County Line if you are a tourist.

this is turely the best barbecue food i had when i lived in texas. it is so good the tea is great also. i highly recommend eating here, its money well spent...
