i was born and raised in bakersfield, and moved to san francisco when i was 21. i have been looking for a chinese restaurant as good as bill lee's sinced i moved up here. nothing, nope, nothing compares to bill lee's! everytime i visit family, it's own my list of things to do during my stay. highly recommended!!
