Our experience with Bill Gardiner RV in renting a motorhome for the 2011 Memorial Day weekeend was favorable up to the point when we returned the unit. Upon the return, we were going to be charged for not returning a full gas tank. It was at a quarter tank when we picked up the unit. It's a good thing I took a photo of the gas gauge and odometer, otherwise I would have been unfairly charged....
I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to help me when returning a U-haul. They then told me the fuel was off after buying gas. They lied about the mileage and added miles on. They also lied about the size of the gas tank. They charged me $40 for gas on a U-haul I had only driven 6 miles. Worst service ever!!! Oh, and the guy told me to "watch my mouth" when I pointed out that he entered the...
Very bad service from the parts department. They don't return phone calls and when you do talk to someone they make empty promises. Next time it will be worth the drive to Indy.
order truck topper in June got it in November with other inconvenient within that time about getting it. It was only post to take 2 weeks. Good price bad service.
