The office is old dark and extremely dirty looking. In going into exam room area, I saw piles and piles of peoples record folders piled up .Everything looked messy and in that area, too. The old crusty, arab style lady led me in to exam room, with a snarl.* -- The Dr. was OK.~- A stupid thing: I remember was her actually writing appts. in a a big book. (instead of into a computer.)
