Classic challenging pure Bikram torture-er class. Perfect for getting travel kinks out, hot and awfully sweaty with no music and classic bikram instruction patter broken up with some French spoken by fabulous instructor Tania who just got back from a year teaching in southern France. 90 minutes of pure h--- but it doesn't get any better than the way you feel afterwards.

The studio was clean and the facilities seemed updated. It is kind of small and can be very crowded, but the classes have always been great!

I have been to 2 Bikram places in DC....Dupont and this one Capital Hill. I like Capital Hill better. Parking is easy at the times I have gone. Bikram places smell terrible, there is no nicer way to put it, absolutely disgusting, but this one, although still very disgusting, is less disgusting than Dupont.
