Biggby needs to train their employees to be real baristas. I should be able to go to this Biggby and order 3 shots of espresso with some foamed milk and have them understand what that means....

Slowest Biggby location EVER! Waited almost 20 minutes behind only like 3 cars not only once, but two days in a row! Guess I should've learned from the first try. I mean how long can it...
