I assumed that Big O would be cheaper than the Dealer - WRONG!. I took my Toyota Camry in for an alignment and was told that they couldn’t align it without replacing the front lower control arms (the car had > 120K miles on it). I asked how much and was quoted a price with labor of $982.00.

I assumed that although the price was outrageous, it had to be less that the dealer - since Big O...
