Called in to see when they could fix a slow tire leak and a oil change. "Right now, come on down," they said. I'm still here over 2 hours later on a positive note the staff was very nice.

Wow, they were able to get the tires I wanted at a reasonable price. The management was also very accommodating to my needs and showed true customer service with a personable touch in conversing during the process. They definitely have a great staff all around and it shows in their positive attitudes and work ethnic. They truly do care. I am very pleased and will return again.

The Big O Tires story begins back in 1962, just as Americas new love affair with the automobile was hitting high gear. The market for replacement tires was exploding, and independent tire dealers found themselves struggling to compete in the face of low prices offered by major tire manufacturers own company stores.
