I would advise everyone to never use Big Bill's Appliance service. There unprofessionalism demeanot is unparralleled. They misrepresent the costs of the service. Lie about what's wrong and how long it will take to repair it. The owner was always on her cell phone while in my home attempting to repair my appliance. It was just a horrible experience overall.
