Big Apple has been outstanding! I've used them twice over the past 20 years and have recommended them to many friends. All have been pleased. Complicated moves (picking up at 2 locations and delivering to a third; a move into a 6th-floor walk-up) seem to be no problem. The crews have been unfailingly pleasant.

An infuriating experience...

This company arranged with me to deliver two loveseats to my apartment, on Wednesday, Nov. 28th. They were supposed to deliver them between 1 and 4. Because of that, I had the old furniture removed early Wednesday by the super.
