A high quality service.
Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning Manhattan came to our previous home for several years to keep the very white carpets the previous owners bought looking clean. Every time their attitude was wonderful, they were very knowledgeable, extremely respectful of our belongings and things came out looking great. Since then, we have had them take care of some loved area rugs, steam clean furniture and they will shortly be working on refinishing granite counters in our new home. They most recently came out on very short notice for a pet that threw up everywhere. I highly recommend Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning.

Flawless work!
Nothing makes a negative impression like a dirty carpet. It tells people that you don't care. When I moved into my town-home the carpeting had an area where the foot traffic was that was twice as dirty as the areas that were under the furniture. I was going to rip it up and buy a new one but a friend suggested I call Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning Manhattan for an opinion and estimate. I called them and when they were here they told me they could get the carpet looking almost like new. I gave them a try and they did it. It looks phenomenal. I hope people don't mind taking off their shoes when they come in. Thanks, Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning, you guys rock.

That's the kind of service you are looking for!
I recently had The Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning Manhattan come out and clean the carpet in my entire house from top to bottom. I didn't think the carpet would even be salvageable, but after seeing the job they did I was absolutely stunned! Some of the spots must have been years old and now it looks as if we have replaced all the carpet in the house! I would definitely recommend The Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning to everyone! What an amazing company!
I had Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning Manhattan come out to clean some upholstery for us. I had it in storage and it looked just so dirty. Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning was so pleasant and it went smooth to make an appointment. The whole process was just great. I like how well they all worked together and the professional equipment they brought. Everything looked really good when the cleaning was done and we really we impressed with this company. Great carpet cleaning, great upholstery cleaning! Thank you.
